Elena Anderson

Elena is a lifelong crafter having learned cross stitch, sewing, and Hardanger as a young child from her crafty aunts. She started her paper crafting journey in the 1990s with scrapbooking which transitioned into stamping in the early 2000s. Her blog and YouTube channel originally focused on cardmaking using stamps, inks, markers, and more. But Elena, who also loves technology, decided in late 2020 to concentrate on electronic cutting machine crafts, especially (but not exclusively) cards, and papercrafts. In addition to teaching crafters how to use their machines with fun project tutorials, she designs her SVGs which she sells through her Etsy store, frequently offering discounts to e-mail and YouTube subscribers. Elena lives in Denver, CO with her best friend and husband of 23 years, Alex, and their sweet dog, Django.

Christmas Cookies Scrapbook Elements

Rhoda has always loved to create things from paper (and play school).

Colors make her world go round.

The paper crafting adventures got serious in 2000 with the birth of her daughter. Making scrapbooks of her cute little face was the best feeling ever.

Rhoda learned to sell her creations on eBay while pregnant with her son. Making a little extra cash to stay home made it so she could stay home with the kids until they were in school.

In 2007, Rhoda used her degree in education with a minor in art to teach elementary school, high school art, and technology.

The purchase of a Cricut and the discovery of Adobe Illustrator brought all her crafty passions together. Now, she gets to design fun paper craft files to share with the world, work from anywhere while living in a 26-foot Imagine camper, and play with all the colors of paper!

Cricut Joy Halloween Cottage

Lucy has loved paper crafts since she was a child. Even when she worked as a Pediatric ER doc, she managed to make time for crafting. Eventually, she started a hobby blog where she could share her crafts made by hand.

Then she was introduced to the Cricut. What a game-changer!

But she was amazed at how using a Cricut made it so much easier to bring ideas to life. Her favorite paper crafts are making 3-D projects like little houses. When the Cricut Joy came out, people asked how to make these crafts with their Cricut Joy. They felt left out. Lucy will show you how to make one of her cute little houses with a Cricut Joy.

Discovering the Magic of Wood Burned Ornaments with the Cricut Joy

I’m Debbie and I inspire card makers to create projects that they can be proud of by sharing my creations, sharing how I made them, and giving them the opportunity to practice these techniques through live and recorded videos, photos, and written tutorials.

I’ve done different types of crafts, from papier-mâché to resin to paper crafting off and on for most of my life. But I really got serious about cardmaking (if you can call something this fun as serious) in 2017. I would make upwards of 300 cards for work friends and family at Halloween and at Christmas, plus, of course, lots of birthday and other occasion cards. Then in 2019, I had to stop working at an office job due to illness. Over the last couple of years, I have been creating card and craft videos full-time. And in 2022, I shared more than 365 videos and live streams. (I had no idea that it was really that much!)

All this to say, I’ve been getting lots of practice.

One of the things I love to play with is my electronic cutting machine and SVG files. You can create ANY DESIGN you can think of this way. And it’s super fun and easy!
