Registration Questions
Clicking the button on the Registration page opens a pop-up form for you to fill out. Check to make sure that any pop-up blocker you have installed on your web browser is disabled so you can see the pop-up form and register.
First, check your Spam/Promotions/Junk Folder in your email account to see if the emails may have been routed there by your email service provider.

Summit Questions
While owning a Cricut Joy will allow you to get the most out of the summit, you can own any kind of cutting machine to enjoy the workshops.
The projects are taught for the Cricut Joy and sized accordingly. But, any Cricut Explore or Maker series owner can resize the projects as desired to use in Cricut Design Space.
Silhouette and ScanNCut, etc. owners can benefit from the free project downloads and will enjoy the assembly portions of the workshops.

The summit schedule is available on the Schedule page. It shows which presentations are available on specific dates for 24 hours with links to those presentations. It also has links to the Livestream events on Facebook and YouTube.

If you’re still within the 24 hour free period for that workshop, watch it asap. Go to the Schedule Page now to find it.
If it’s no longer available for free viewing, you can purchase the Joy-Full Access Pass to be able to watch it and all of the other workshops immediately and on an ongoing basis.
The Joy-Full Access Pass also gives you access to the templates, designs files, written instructions, transcripts and a bunch of fun bonuses!
Workshops range in length from about 20 minutes to 40 minutes depending on the complexity of the project.
There is a downloadable PDF schedule available that will help you not miss a single moment of the fun! You will also receive the link to the PDF schedule in your registration confirmation email.
Once you register, you will receive an email with links to event pages including the Schedule page. This is where you will be able to access each day’s workshops and plan for any upcoming workshops you don’t want to miss.
Before 9 AM EDT each day of the event, you will also receive an email from support@createwithcricutjoy.com with links to all of the workshops for that day.
If you are a Joy-Full Access Pass holder, you will receive several emails soon after purchasing with instructions on how to create an account and login to the Create with Cricut Joy VIP dashboard on our ThriveCart Learn platform.
Yes, there is a printable PDF supply list for each speaker’s project. You can download it on the page with their presentation during the 24 hour free period (or anytime if you are a Joy-Full Pass holder). There is also a linked supply list on each speaker’s page and on the Summit Supplies page anytime.
The workshops are pre-recorded so you can watch them anytime during their 24 hour free period from any time zone. The workshops become available for that free viewing at 9 AM EDT each day of the summit.
Some of the presenters will participate in a live 30 Minute Facebook and YouTube discussion during the 4 day event to answer questions and meet everyone. That information is available on the Schedule Page.
The workshops scheduled each day will be available for 24 hours starting at 9 AM Eastern Daylight Time (eg New York City). If you live in a different time zone, you can use this time zone converter to find out what time that is where you live.
No, Create with Cricut Joy is not associated with the Cricut brand. We just love their machine(s) and want to provide educational workshops, tools, giveaways and more so others can love it too!
Projects & Worksheets Questions
When the presentation is available for viewing during the 24 hour free period, the template/file for the project is linked under the video on that speaker’s project page. Look for the yellow button labeled under the photo of the project.
Most of these are direct downloads of the project template/file. Some take you to a form to fill out so the speaker can send the file to you. Others link to a design directly in Cricut Design Space (with an optional related SVG button) or to the program you need to use to create your own SVG (using the presentation’s instructions).
Each project worksheet is available under the video on the speaker’s project page during their 24 hour free viewing period. Look for the button that says “Click Here for the Supply List and Instructions”. Check the Schedule page to see if the speaker’s project page is available for viewing.
VIP Joy-Full Access Pass holders can find all of the the project worksheets in the VIP Create with Cricut Joy Workbook in the Welcome section of their dashboard. Individual project worksheets can be found under each Speaker’s video on their page in the Presentations section of the dashboard.
Nearly all of the presentations offer a free SVG or PNG template to go with their project. If it is a PNG only template, the project lesson explains how to use it instead of an SVG.
Some of them are direct downloads of the template/file via the button under the picture of their project below the video. Others may be links to an email sign-up form for you to get the template for free (you can Unsubscribe at any time). Some link to a project found only in Cricut Design Space or directly to the program you need to create your own SVG.
If there isn’t a link to a template file that is because the speaker instead wants you to use the project lesson to create your own. You can do it!
Not for most of the presentations but for some of the projects, you do. Please support our speakers providing their awesome presentations to you for free by checking out their content through their email list. You can always unsubscribe at any time.
VIP Joy-Full Access Pass Questions
Right after purchase you will receive an email from ThriveCart with a receipt that has a button to “Access Your Purchases Here”. You will also receive an email with the subject ‘Verify Your Email.’
Click the teal ‘Click here to sign in’ button in that email. That will take you to a login page where you will need to create a password. Then click ‘Complete Registration.’ You will then be taken to the VIP Dashboard where you can start enjoying the summit.
You will also receive an email from support@createwithcricutjoy.com that starts with “You’re a VIP!” showing screenshots of several ways to access your account. These may help if the emails from ThriveCart were confusing.

The VIP Joy-Full Access Pass will be avaialbe for purchase indefinitely after the summit ends. However, the purchase price will increase between the time you register for your free ticket and before the summit begins, then again during the summit and finally after the summit. The after summit price is $99 so you’re best bet is to purchase before the summit ends.
Also, the Speaker Bonuses included in the VIP Joy-Full Access Pass do expire, most on October 16, 2023, so it’s better to act fast so you don’t miss out on those.
There are no plans for the main features in the VIP Joy-Full Access Pass to ever expire. Access to the presentations, workbook, transcripts and more are guaranteed for three years minimum.
The Speaker Bonuses included in the pass DO expire, most on October 16, 2023 so you need to act fast to take advantage of those before then.

Problems with SVGs Questions
Many of the project file downloads are automatic so it can seem like nothing happens. Check your Downloads folder to see if it is there. That is the normal default location on computers that automatic downloads are saved to.
If you’re using a cell phone or mobile device to download the file, you can run into problems. Some cell phones and tablets don’t know what to do with zipped folders or file types they don’t normally use and may not allow the download. If this is the case. we suggest downloading the files to a computer or laptop first and then transferring them to your device for future use.

There are a couple of reasons you may not be able to see the SVG version of the file when you open the folder you downloaded. This is not an uncommon problem.
1. No Default SVG Program – The most common reason you can’t see the SVG is because your computer/tablet/phone doesn’t have a program installed on it that the device knows it should use to open an SVG file. This is completely normal. Most people do not have a program like Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape installed on their computer. Instead, your computer/device is substituting a different file type for the SVG because it doesn’t know what it is.
Look for any of these file types instead – Microsoft Edge, Web Page/HTML, IMG. If one of the files is showing up as one of these types, THAT is the SVG. You’ll need to upload it to Cricut Design Space to be able to see it.
2. You’re Only Seeing ‘Custom Files’ – Another thing that can prevent you from seeing the SVG is your computer navigation window is only showing you ‘Custom Files’ instead of ‘All Files’.
To check this on a Windows computer, on the navigation window that’s showing where the SVG should be, there is a small dropdown menu next to the File Name across the bottom. Does that say All File Types or something else like Custom File Types? If it doesn’t say All File Types, click the little dropdown arrow and change it to All Files instead. Then you should see the SVG.
If you’re on an Apple computer, the place to check on the navigation window is the small Show Options box in the bottom middle. When you click it, a Format box will show up. You’ll want to change that to All Files if it’s set to Custom Files. Then you should be able to see the SVG.

Don’t worry. The file is safe and secure. It hasn’t been infected with a virus or malware. It is stored on a highly secure server and has been tested.
The reason you are getting that warning is because your Anti-Virus software or Firewall is set to block certain file types, particularly zipped folders (.zip).
You have two options to fix this.
1. Go into your anti-virus/firewall program settings and look for an enabled setting for blocking .exe, .zip file downloads or a choice with phrasing like “Restrict Transfer of packed executable files (UPX, FSG, etc.)” and/or “Password-Protected ZIP files”, and disable it (could be as simple as unchecking the box). You can re-enable this setting afterwards if you so desire.
2. You can disable your anti-virus/firewall software for a few minutes while you download the project template/file. Remember to re-enable your anti-virus software/firewall afterward.
